General: Namco
completely re-invented their series with a great new gameplay system, which
includes the 8-way run, allowing players to move in "all" directions as
they fight, and guard impacting; one of the most innovative defensive systems
in a 3D fighting game. Many classic characters are back with their previous
styles, and the new characters weild some new and exciting weapons. The
arcade version had some graphical flaws, but the Dreamcast version was
near perfect for the time. One of the best 3D fighters of it's time...
And not to mention an epic soundtrack!

Comment: If
you got this game when the Dreamcast was launched, you know how good it
was, and how much of an impact it made when it was released... For what
this game did, it did flawlessly. I played the HELL out of this one.
