Fallen Balrog and Marilyn Manson
"Fallen" Balrog (Vega)
is one of the bosses of Cannon Spike, a Capcom shooter in which Charlie,
Cammy, Mega Man, B.B. Hood, and Arthur were selectable characters. The
resemblance of "Fallen" Vega to Marilyn Manson is undeniable, which would
lead me to suspect that a few Capcom designers were fans of Manson (like
myself), or at least inspired by him in some way... doesn't surprise me,
since Manson has had a huge following Japan (and Korea by the way).
Christoph Daum and Rugal

Christoph Daum is a German football coach, and looks very similar to Rugal. The facial structure and hair style is very close.

Probably one of the most obvious of all time... And if you can recall the whole name change thing; Balrog's name in Japan was none other than "Mike Bison." Which obviously has a similar ring to "Mike Tyson." That's why they changed his name to Balrog in America...

Dextera is from Kiddy Grade. (Dextera is a member of GOTT's (Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs) elite ES member department, and he enforces the law with his partner, Sinistra). The two of them are one of the strongest teams in GOTT, their style focusing on synchronized attacks (Dextera, in latin, means 'right', while Sinistra means 'left')... Yup, Dex kinda looks like a "kiddie" Iori Yagami for sure.

I couldn't have found a better shot of Jackie! Simply identical... Namco obviously made Lei Wulong, to be just like Jackie Chan in almost every aspect... He's a world renowned hero of China after all. The Tekken series already had Bruce Lee (as you will see below), and who wouldn't want to see Jackie Chan VS Bruce Lee? Only Namco could pull that off.
