General:
An American who wants
to be Japanese. He joined Mad Gear to get respect, but was beaten by Guy.
He then travels to Japan and has a good fight with Honda,
but loses. He still tries to recreate Mad Gear and eventually teamed up
with Rolento again. His original appearance
was in Capcom's 2D beat-em-up Final Fight, and went by the alias Katana.
