General:
When Bison's
soul parted, the good part ended up in a girl who grew up to be Rose. Hence
they never knew of one another until Rose realized her calling to destroy
him. She became a seer in Italy. One day the brother of Aprile, one of
the Dolls, asked for Rose's help. She went to fight Bison and managed to
defeat him in SFA2, but he wasn't dead.
The next time she found him, he ordered the Dolls to fight her. Finally
Bison defeats her, leaving her for Guy to find. And after Bison dies, he
takes her body.
