General:
A member of Mad Gear
with a military background. After the fall of Mad Gear, he tried to create
his own nation by laying siege on Metro City with his private army, but
he eventually failed. In SFA3, he is looking for powerful warriors to join
his army, in particular, Cody, who
he remembers from their previous battles. However, he finds that Cody is
just a simple criminal now. Together with Sodom, he continues fighting
for his goal.

Another fighting
game character who got his start in Capcom's sidescroller beat-em-up, Final
Fight. He's definitely got some badass and unique moves, and adds a
lot to all the games he appeared in.
