General:
Vega was born a noble,
by a beautiful mother and an ugly father. He learned bull fighting and
ninjutsu, and became a cage fighter. When his father killed his mother
for not respecting him, Vega snapped and started killing ugly people for
fun. Bison recruited him and he's been with Shadaloo
ever since. He did oppose Bison concerning the Doll project - he thought
it was a waste to kill those beautiful girls. Except saving Cammy,
he never did anything openly in rebellion. And in case anyone isn't in
with the times, he is known as "Balrog" in Japan.
