General:
An Air Force liutenant, Guile was sent out to stop Charlie and Chun-Li's rogue mission to defeat Bison (Bison had bribed people within the Army). However, he realized what was happening and instead helped them defeat the evil lord. However, doing that Charlie sacrificed himself. When news came of Bison's return, Guile entered the tournament for revenge. Jane and Eliza are sisters, which makes Guile and Ken brothers-in-law. However, Guile doesn't like Ken very much.
