General:
A low-ranking member of the Mad Gear Gang, El Gado patrolled the streets of Metro City until the gang disbanded. Unable to find a permanent job, El Gado continued his life of crime and eventually joined Rolento's gang. Again, El Gado was nothing more than a lackey, and it is unknown how long he stayed with the gang before departing for greener pastures.

As one of the original "bad guys" of Final Fight, it's cool to see he actually made it to a real fighting game... He's just a bit plain though.
