Elena is the princess
of an African tribe. He father is a witch doctor but also has a PhD in
medicine. She wants to travel around the world and meet new friends. Apparently
she studies as an exchange student in Japan, where she met her best friend
Narumi. Elena didn't achieve much in SF3 besides finding a bunch of new
friends.

looked so good. Elena is a great addition to the "New Generation" of Street
Fighters... Her style is innovative, and she's got a vivid personality.
