General:
Eagle was a bouncer
who was hired to beat Sagat in the first tournament. He failed, and hasn't
been heard of since. Capcom vs SNK 2 added some depth to his character,
although not his storyline. Eagle also became homosexual with some pretty
obvious quotes, but this was censored in the US version as usual.
