General:
Dhalsim used his yoga powers to fight for money to help the poor. He started questioning his methods, but his wife Sally comforted him saying that he still did good. He was targeted by Shadaloo, but managed to convince the assassin Cammy that her ways were wrong. He later got an invitation to the second tournament and joins to fight evil. However, after that he left the fighting world for good and now lives with Sally and his son Datta.

Everyone remembers Dhalsim of Street Fighter, the indian dude who could stretch his limbs really far... Definitely one of a kind, and can also be declared as the originator of the "keep away" strategy.
