An old man who used
to be a famous martial artist, but nowadays he spends his time drinking.
One day he met Sie Kensou, and promised to teach him. They eventually went
to Japan, where they encountered Athena. Forming the Psycho Soldiers, they
have entered every KoF tournament ever since, but Chin prefers to fight
as little as possible. He also likes mah jong.

If you've ever
seen the movie "Drunken Master," you'll immediately notice the similarities
between Chin and the old drunk man who was paid to teach Jackie Chan (whom
reminds me of Kensou in this film).
