General:
Charlie is a first
liutenant, dedicated to fight for justice and destroy corruption within
the army. He went together with Chun-Li to track down Bison. Together with
Guile he found Bison near the Psycho Drive while Chun-Li was planting explosives.
Charlie sacrificed himself by stopping Bison from escaping the explosion.
Nash is his name in Japan, not his last name. He taught Guile his trademark
moves.

Charlie took the
place of Guile in the SFA series, and did a pretty good job for the most
part. Cool style all around.
