Chang is a criminal,
along with his accomplice, Choi.
He entered the KOF tournament after escaping from jail. Chang met Kim before
he joined KOF. KOF wasn't in Chang's mind, since he was doing his crimes
and stuff. After he escaped the last time with Choi from prison they were
trying to kidnap a lady, Kim came in and beat them badly then picked them
up and told them that he would take care that they would be men of good
once again! Chang sighed and moaned...his life of crime was at a hault.
Now he would know true punishment at the hands of Kim Kaphwan.
