The young boy Jimmy
was in a plane crash, and ended up in the amazons. The plane was shot down
by Shadaloo when it came too close to a base. Blanka was raised by animals.
One day he saved Dan's life in the jungle. They became friends, and Blanka
left to see the outside world. It wasn't until he participated in the second
tournament that he found his mother. She recognized him from his anklets,
and they lived happily ever after.

He just doesn't seem
to fit in with the rest of the Street Fighter cast, but he's no doubt a
classic... And he seems to suffer from the same "overly green" disease
as Hulk.
